The Reason...why Blog?

After sleepless nights anticipating the birth of our son, after days of tiring running around, doing our best to adjust our lives to this new addition to the family and after everything that is making begin to understand the challenges, joy, anxiety, excitement, and above all fulfillment that comes with parenthood, we decided that the best thing to do is to record everything down.

But then the next question came, what is the purpose of recording our life events and our feelings that come along with our new born child? And we thought, why not record them down and make it a gift for our son when he becomes a father.

So here's the start of a journey that most likely will go on for the next 20 - 30 years. From now on, this blog is solely dedicated to our son, Andre.

Son, when that the day comes, I hope you can read through this blog to be a better father I can ever be. You may not agree everything that we have done for you. The most important thing for you to know is that your mother and I will always love you for who you will become and will always do our best to support you in bringing out the best in you.
